Finance Head / Finance Controller

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head / Finance Controller for a services business based in Mumbai.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the complete finance function, including Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Budgeting, MIS, financial planning, execution and control. The role will report directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting function.
• Oversee accounts, taxation, budgeting and financial planning.
• Drive MIS, financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage the complete finance cycle from budgeting and planning through execution and control.
• Ensure effective financial controls and compliance.
• Partner with the CFO and business leadership on financial planning and decision-making.
• Lead and manage finance operations for a services business.

Requirements:
• Qualified CA or CMA.
• 15+ years of overall experience.
• Strong experience in the services sector.
• Proven experience managing the complete finance function.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, MIS, taxation and financial controls.
• Candidates with predominantly manufacturing-sector experience will not be considered.
• Current CFOs in mid-sized organizations may also be considered.

Compensation: ₹75–95 LPA
