Finance Head / Finance Controller (B.Com / M.Com / ICWA Inter)

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Finance Head / Finance Controller with strong hands-on exposure to manufacturing finance, financial controls, costing and management reporting.

The role will be responsible for managing the overall Finance & Accounts function and providing financial insights to management for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly MIS preparation, analysis and management reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Establishing and strengthening financial and operational controls.
• Funds management, cash-flow planning and optimum fund deployment.
• Working capital management, including receivables and payables.
• CAPEX accounting, control and monitoring.
• Forex accounting and foreign currency transactions.
• Project costing, cost analysis and profitability monitoring.
• Inventory control, valuation and reconciliation.
• Product costing and margin analysis.
• Finalization of accounts and periodic financial reporting.
• Statutory compliance, including GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Coordination of statutory and internal audits and closure of audit observations.
• Banking and financial institution coordination.
• Strengthening financial systems, processes and internal controls.
• Providing financial insights to management for business decisions.
• Leading, reviewing and developing the Finance & Accounts team.

Requirements:
• B.Com / M.Com / ICWA Inter.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / SPM industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of costing, financial controls, MIS, taxation and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Compensation: Up to ₹20 LPA
