About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, cost management, and compliance for our manufacturing division. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting operations and financial reporting
Conduct cost analysis and prepare management accounts
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and GST regulations
Lead the finance team and mentor junior accountants
Prepare board presentations and financial forecasts

Required Qualifications:

CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
Company Secretary (CS) is a plus
Strong understanding of IFRS and Indian accounting standards
Proficiency in ERP systems

Salary: ₹15-22 LPA
