Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter – Audit & MIS Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an Audit Executive to join our CA firm and handle internal audit assignments, with a focus on the automobile and real estate industries.

The candidate will get hands-on exposure to internal audit work and will be responsible for:

1) Conducting internal audit assignments for automobile dealerships/workshops and real estate developers
2) Verifying books of accounts, vouching and testing internal controls
3) Reviewing project-wise records, revenue recognition, customer collections and statutory compliances in real estate clients
4) Reviewing sales, inventory, service/spares, and incentive-related records in automobile clients
5) Preparing audit working papers, reports and observations for management
6) Preparing MIS reports and trackers in Excel, and coordinating with client teams for data and queries

We expect the candidate to have:

– Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
– Basic knowledge of the RERA Act, including project registration, RERA bank account compliance and quarterly/annual filings
– Good analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
– Willingness to learn, work independently and travel to client locations when required
